Kalau kita zaman lewat 70 80 dan 90 an mak ayah terima je vaksin ke apa ke doktor nak bagi sebab mereka lebih arif mengenai perubatan . Lah ni , mak ayah dah pandai google . Jadi depa pakat tak nak anak kena vaksin . Tapi apa terjadi selepas itu , memang dah takde guna !!
Today in red zone, a 9 month old baby was brought by ambulance for fitting. On arrival to ED, child still fitting after supp diazepam 2.5mg given x 5. IV access secured and IV Valium given. Then loaded with IV Phenytoin coz still fitting. Paeds MO came and he noted the child is having epistotonus.
Asked the father about vaccination, he said, “Vaksin masa lahir jelah amik. Lepas tu tak amik langsung dah.
Sy amik homeopathy.” And we were like very shock to hear that. Me, myself felt so angry that I feel like I wanted to shout to him and I just kept on making faces to the father. “Whylaaaa!!!!” He then asked, “Jantung anak sy ok kan doktor?” “Ni bukan kaitan jantung, cik. Ni kaitan dgn otak.”
I said to him. “Cuba cik rasa tubuh anak cik ni. Keras, kan? Anak pun x sedar2 dari td,” one of my colleagues said to him.
That baby, ended up intubated and was sent to Hosp Ipoh. Diagnosis: most probably Tetanus
Well, anti-vaccine parents. There you go! Tak nak vaksin anak, you put your child at risk!
